Return/Refund Policy

1. Delivery time for garments

Generally, outfits are available for delivery in the below mentioned times. For more accurate turnaround time info or priority order service please contact customer service.

Casual Dresses, Kurtis and Dresses with light embellishments: 3 to 4 Weeks
Evening Wear, Party Wear, Sarees, Anarkalis and Jilbabs: 4 to 5 Weeks
Special Occassions, Heavily embellished dresses, Heavy Sarees and Heavy Anarkalis: 5 to 6 Weeks
Wedding/Bridal Dresses: 6 to 8 Weeks

Light Jewellery Sets: 3 to 4 Weeks
Normal Jewellery Sets: 4 to 5 Weeks
Diamond Like and Bridal Jewellery Sets: 5 to 6 Weeks

Plain Sherwanis or Sherwanis with light embellishments: 3 to 4 Weeks
Normal Sherwanis: 4 to 5 Weeks
Heavy Sherwanis: 5 to 6 Weeks
Men's Kurtas and shalwar kameez: 3 to 4 Weeks

These are only estimated timeframes and may vary during seasonal workload and peak periods. Final delivery time will depend on the product you are buying. Please contact customer serivice for more information on delivery timeframe before placing your order.

2-Delivery time for other Items

Bridal jewellery sets may take up to 35 days. All other jewellery sets are delivered within 25 - 35 days.

3. Express shipping service

We use FedEx to ship to virtually any address in the world between 2 - 4 working days from the date of dispatch. Generally all orders are dispatched from our warehouse as per turnaround time mentioned in section 1 above except when there is a delay from the supplier. TheHeer Boutique cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur during transit or delays from the supplier, however we shall notify you if we are aware of any foreseeable delays, in which case we will offer you an alternative product or a refund.

4. Shipping Charges

These are applied per product and vary from country to country. The minimum charges are calculated for you and are shown on the Final Review of Your Order page, before you pay for the good. The final delivery charge will be calculated prior to the dispatch of the product(s) and if different from the charge shown on "the final review of your order" page you will be informed of the final delivery charges.

During special promotions, costs and delivery times may vary. This will be displayed within the terms of the promotion.

5. Customs/Duties/Taxes

When ordering goods from TheHeer Boutique for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from TheHeer Boutique , you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

6-Returns Policy for Garments

At TheHeer, we sell only finest quality products, we make every effort in evaluating the products and providing complete information with accurate description and best possible customer support. Should you have any problem please contact us immediately, with exact details of the problem/defect. We dont accept return/refund request after 45 days of delivery of order/s or If you used it on your event. As outfits are based on your measurements and changes you had made therefore we shall not be able to accept the return for the custom made clothes unless they are sent incorrect or are defective, and in that case free replacement or rectification service would be offered at our expense.

TheHeer offers an elite range of Garments, particularly created to suit a customer's individual taste and requisite. Garment orders are based on the measurements/sizes that you give on our website or by email. The Heer will not be liable for any inaccuracies in the final product for your custom order in lieu of the measurements you provided. Please remind that before dispatching any order, we take snap and record videos of every measurement part of the dress and keep them in evidence so that if any misfit case arises we first examine it by checking measurements from our records. We do not agree to returns or exchanges of custom orders until If they are sent erroneous, defective or not fit in accordance to the size ordered we'll offer you a free rectifying service.

. Choose from our broad range of designs. Select standard sizes from our size charts or place a modified order for a perfect fit as per your prerequisite.

Though we have taken extreme care to ensure that product descriptions and definite colors of garments are precise and close to colors displayed on the website, calibration of the display devices used may sometimes disfigure colors displayed on your computer monitor or laptop. While we are not capable to guarantee the accuracy of colors, we recommend customers to be aware of such limitations and accommodate the slight differences that may produce up in this regard.

At The Heer, we take sufficient measures and struggle for faultlessness in executing your order. Our Customer Support team is always accessible to assist you with your order and guarantee complete satisfaction.

To avoid any inconveniences in future while ordering apparels please provide your correct measurements while ordering , we always confirm measurements and changes before processing the order so you would still have time to make changes even after placing the order if you need to.

Listing & Description: we make every effort in ensuring product details are accurate but still minor errors are possible like color, and embroidery material.

Pictures: we make every effort to make sure image represent product as much as possible but there can be slight difference in color in real than what you see on your screen due to VGA/Graphic card, screen resolution etc.

7-Returns Policy for other Items

At TheHeer Boutique, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. You can always return items if they are defective or sent incorrect. Please know that you must provide us a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving the item. Custom, Oversize, or hazardous items cannot be returned. Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns or exchanges. Items which have any stains, emit, body odours or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

There is no refund for shipping and handling charges.

8. Listing and Descriptions

TheHeer Boutique makes every effort to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this web site are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colours and styles contained on the photographs shown on this website are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, TheHeer Boutique cannot accept responsibility for slight variances in colour or style. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, VGA card, resolution of your computer, browser used. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

9. Order Cancellation:

You can cancel an order within 24 hours from the receipt of the payment and no charges will be dedcuted and you will get a full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours from the receipt of payment. If you would like to cancel an order after 24 hours then processing charges and admin charges for refund will apply. If a custom order has already been processed and you wish to cancel it after 24 hours then there might be additional charges which will be calculated and you will be informed of the final charges which will be dedcuted from your payment.

10. Amend Your Orders

Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. Any ammendment to the original order after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges which willbe determined after reviewing the requested changes.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
