1. How long does it take to ship an order with various outfits?

Please know that turnaround times vary dress to dress. However, we ensure the delivery of your order keeping the following turnaround times in mind.

Special Occasions and Bridal: 25 to 50 days.
Evening and Party Wear: 20-30 days
Casual Wear: 15-20 days.
Kurtis and Tops: 20-30 days

Please allow 3-5 days to deliver anywhere in the world. Please know that it is company policy that all goods are paid for in full before they are sent.

2. Can I amend my order once it is placed?

It depends on what amendments you would like to have. Some amendments can be made even after placing your order. Simply email us and we'll let you know whether amendments can be made in your order or not. However, an order can be amended within 48 hours.

3. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 48 hours. After 48 hours once fabric is cut and work started we'll not accept cancellation. Because we offer made-to-measure service fabric once cut to your measurement requirement can not be used for any other order. Embroidery and colour effects are also made as per your measurement needs. This is the reason our outfits look great and exclusively made for you.

4. Can I add sleeves or suggest any changes to an outfit?

We can certainly incorporate changes and make a custom outfit for you. You can suggest us your sleeves, neckline, hem, trouser or any other changes that you have in mind. All you need to do is tell us your thoughts by email or phone and our team of designers will review your changes and get back to you with expert recommendations. We'll, at the same time, let you know whether your custom changes are cost affective or these can be made at the outfit cost. Once you have got approval for customisation you may proceed to place your order with us. Please do not forget to fill in the additional comments box with your approved custom needs.

5. I have got an approval for my custom order which requires an additional money, how do I pay for it?

In apparel's category you will not miss Additional Work button in left menu. Click on the additional work of the approved cost and add to the shopping cart with your original order. Proceed to checkout in one go with both original order and additional work.

7. I plan to place my order soon can you tell me what measurements do you need?

Please logon to http://www.theheer.com/measurement.html and follow the guidelines while you are taking your measurements. You may leave some measurement that are only needed for specific outfits. Make sure you measure carefully and double check with it. It is a good idea to have someone else measure you.

Please keep in mind that you should be wearing normal clothes or undergarments. Jeans and heavy blouses are not recommended while being measured. Lay the tape measure flat against the skin; don't pull it too tight, nor let it droop.

8. How much Customs/Duties/Taxes I will pay?

When ordering goods from TheHeer Boutique for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from TheHeer Boutique, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

9. I don't know what my measurements are can I suggest my size?

Simply tell us what size do you wear and we'll make your outfit keeping the ready-to-wear sizes in mind.or u can check this advance size
chart.

10. I have placed my order, now what's next?

Your measurement and order specs will be reviewed by our design team. We'll get back to you shortly and request you to double check reconfirm your measurements and additional notes so that we can proceed to your order quickly.

11. I plan to place a huge order, can I get any discount?

If you are placing a huge order for any special occasions we may offer you discount. Simply tell us product names or code and we'll get back to you whether any discount can be offered.

12. Do you do wholesale? And if so, how can I get a bulk wholesale quotation?

Simply tell us the item names along with the required quantity and sizes and we'll craft you a wholesale quotation based on your requirement. Usually if you are buying more than 200 pieces we can offer you good price.

13. I am a designer and looking to use your stitching and embroidery expertise, how do I do that?

Please send us your order specifications and get our price quotes based on your requirement. Once you close the quotation and let us win the contract you can send us sketches, embroidery and detailed descriptions and we'll do the rest. You can also send us fabric or any accessories that you have to add to your order. We keep all such orders confidential and do not use your designs anywhere else. Your designs will never appear on our website. We may also offer you fashion photography service which you can use to promote your label.

14. I have low bugdet so i want a Lehenga/Gharara/Sharara on rent for one or tow days???

Yes! we are providing Lehenga/Gharara/Sharara rent faclitiy for low budget customs. Some of our designs are available for rent purpuse only. Contact us for more detail.
